En Croûte is a restaurant, bar and fromagerie in Nichols Hills Plaza. Managing partner is cheesemonger Crosby Dyke with culinary direction by Chef-partner Jonathon Stranger, and operations and beverage direction by Sommelier-partner Andrew Tekell. Head Chef is Kevin Ward and additional partners are Robbie Haggard, Andrew Rice and Apple Rice.
En Croûte is meant to evoke the comfort and leisurely lifestyle the team has enjoyed in the fromageries, cafes, and bars in European country villages, but with an American twist. The casual menu focuses on high quality ingredients without a lot of fuss. En Croûte offers monger-selected cheeses & charcuterie, with boards to stay & platters to go, espresso drinks, freshly-baked breads & pastries, carefully-crafted salads, sandwiches and plates, as well as decadent dinners, delicious composed desserts, and the finest in hand-selected spirits, wines and beers.
We are open for breakfast through after-dinner, so guests can spend any part of the day with us. Cozy and eclectic, warm and inviting, the atmosphere and cuisine is meant to make guests feel as if they’re enveloped in warmth, or as they say, "en croûte."
